Frequently Asked Questions
Why Egyptian cotton bed linen?
Egyptian cotton is simply the best type of cotton in the world. Superior to other cotton plants, its extra long fibres produce thinner and smaller but stronger cotton meaning a higher count of threads can be used and producing a luxurious fabric which is strong, light, supple, breathable and durable. Giving our bed linen a dense, smooth and silky-soft feel, with an oh so soothing drape.
What is the depth of fitted sheets?
All fitted sheets have elasticated corners which keep them in place. They fit mattresses up to 45cm in depth. We also offer flat sheets, which can be purchased seperately.
Where can I find washing instructions?

Are bedding sets a fade resistance ?
Our duvet sets are machine washable and have durable construction that holds up over time. They should last a good while!

2nd set i have bought and now the fitted sheet is a lot deeper which now fits my mattress.
Great to hear the deeper fit is working better for your mattress this time. And thank you for coming back for a second set — we really appreciate it.
Absolutely beautiful bedding, looks fabulous in our bedroom ❤️ washes great and the fitted sheet is perfect
So lovely to hear. Hope it keeps looking just as good after many more washes ❤️
No other bedding brand can match the pure luxury.
That is a seriously lovely compliment. Thank you for putting us in such good company 😊
I ordered this duvet cover set on behalf of a friend who is delighted with the quality and design of the product, they will order another design in the future, delivery was also very speedy.
Thank you so much. It’s great to hear the whole experience went smoothly, and we’ll be very happy to see which design your friend chooses next.
Really happy with my purchase. The bed sheet is lovely quality, soft and comfortable, and feels really nice against the skin. It fits the bed perfectly and looks great too. I’m very pleased with the quality for the price and would definitely buy from Holsper again. Highly recommended!
This is lovely to read. Getting the fit, comfort and overall value right really matters to us, so thank you for taking the time to share this.
My 3rd set. Still wish they came in the contrasting colour way
Three sets already, thank you for coming back to us again! We’ve noted your wish for more contrasting colour combinations too. Feedback like this genuinely helps when we plan future collections.
My second set. Still just as great!
That’s the kind of repeat purchase we love to see 😊 Thank you for choosing us again, really glad the second one lived up to the first.
V stylish
Love that, sometimes having two looks in one is the best part 😊
Great quality at a great price and very comfortable
Thank you! Really glad you’re happy with it. Hope it stays a favourite for a long time 😊
A lovely addition to the bed set, in the same luxurious cotton material.
Thank you! It’s always nice when the extra pieces finish everything off properly.
A lovely colourful beautifully themed bed set, on a luxurious cotton material, love;y cool sleeping.
So pleased this one worked so well in your room. Thank you for the lovely feedback!
Nice feeling of the texture of the fabric.
Very bright colours…
Thank you! Glad the fabric feels right for you. Hope you enjoy it even more once it’s all set up on the bed.
The fabric looks wonderful and feels fantastic! I gave it 3 out of 5 stars because the pillowcases do not have buttons or buttonholes, which means the pillow can easily slip out of the cover. Considering the cost of the set, I would have expected all the features shown in the photographs to be included.
Otherwise, the set is gorgeous! I would consider buying another one, but I hope the next set would come with all the zippers and buttons as shown in the photos.
Thank you for the honest feedback. We completely understand your point about the pillowcase closure.
Just to clarify, this applies specifically to our Golden Birds set. The current batch was made without the usual internal flap or zip, but we’ve listened to the feedback from customers and this is already being corrected for the next production batch.
We really appreciate you mentioning it, comments like this genuinely help us improve the product.
Just adore my new bedding. The colours and pattern are sublime, and the fabric is super sumptuous and feels very high-end. I already loved going to bed, but now I can't wait to get tucked up! Will certainly be investing in more design pieces from the range.
Thank you, Cat! We love hearing when a set becomes part of that “can’t wait to get into bed” feeling 😄 We hope Golden Birds is the first of many Holsper favourites for you.
Fabulous quality and glorious colours
Thank you so much! We’re really happy you love both the quality and the colours. That combination is exactly what we aim for.
From now on, I refuse to sleep in anything else…
We love this 😄 “I refuse to sleep in anything else” is a pretty amazing compliment. Thank you so much!
We absolotely love our new bedding set. It looks fantastic and feels great. My only small concern was he finishing of some of the button holes which wasn't great, especially considering that it's certainly not cheap bedding. Hopefully they won't unravel...
Thank you! We’re so glad you love how the set looks and feels. We appreciate you mentioning the finishing around the buttonholes too — that’s useful feedback for our team. If you do notice any stitching starting to come away, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to take a look.
It took me a while to decide whether to purchase the bed set. I'm so glad I did. It is a lovely design and I can honestly say I have slept so much better.
So glad you decided to go for it, Silvia! Even better to hear you’ve been sleeping better since. Thank you for such a lovely review — we hope you enjoy your Golden Birds set for a long time.
Beautiful colours and luxurious feel again. Slightly disappointed that the duvet cover is buttoned instead of the zip.
Thank you so much! We’re really glad you’re enjoying the colours and feel of the bedding again. We completely understand your point about the button closure too, if you prefer zips, have a look for our Easy Change collections, as those are designed with zip closures.
The delivery was quick. The bedding does have a luxurious feeling to it. Looks great on the bed.
Thank you! So glad it arrived quickly and that you’re enjoying the luxurious feel. It’s always lovely to hear it looks just as good on the bed too.
Superb bedding set. Will definitely buy another (sssshhhh don’t tell my husband!!!)
Thank you! We’re very happy to hear another set may already be on the cards 😄 And don’t worry… your secret is safe with us!
Looks gorgeous and feels really luxurious.
Thank you Helen!
Beautiful set, feels luxurious. Quality is top notch.
Will definitely buy more. No going back to substandard now.
Thank you so much, Christine! “No going back to substandard” made us smile 😄 We’re really happy you love the feel and quality of the Golden Birds set, and we’d be delighted to have you back for another one.
Beautiful to touch, beautifully made, beautiful print, and beautiful to sleep in.
Thank you so much for your words! We appreciate your support!
Beautiful bedding. Excellent quality, a joy to sleep in.
