International Shipping is temporarily suspended.

 

You'll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, and each order will have its own number.

Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are made just for you, and it may take 1-5 business days before they're ready to ship. This helps reduce waste and has a positive impact on the environment. If you need your order sooner, contact us at info@holsper.com. We'll do our best to make it happen!

Pre orders

We only open pre-orders when products are already on the way from our manufacturer. The product page shows the estimated ship date. If there is a delay, we update the date on the product page. If the delay is longer than one week, we will notify you.

Cancel or Mistakes

If you need to cancel your order or if you've given us the wrong address, please email us right away at info@holsper.com. We'll do our best to help, but changes aren't always possible.
