Frequently Asked Questions

Does this duvet cover make changing the bed easier?

Yes. The three-sided zip lets the duvet cover open wide, so you can place the duvet inside more easily instead of feeding it through a small opening. Inner corner ties help keep the duvet in place before you zip it closed.

Is it good for Super King duvets?

Yes. The wide three-sided opening is especially helpful for larger duvet sizes, where changing a standard duvet cover can feel awkward.

How do the long-side zip pillowcases help?

The long-side zip opening makes it easier to slide your pillow in and out, without squeezing or folding it through a narrow end opening. It gives you better access, helps the pillow sit neatly inside the case, and makes changing your bedding feel quicker and less frustrating.

Why Egyptian cotton bed linen?

Egyptian cotton is simply the best type of cotton in the world. Superior to other cotton plants, its extra long fibres produce thinner and smaller but stronger cotton meaning a higher count of threads can be used and producing a luxurious fabric which is strong, light, supple, breathable and durable. Giving our bed linen a dense, smooth and silky-soft feel, with an oh so soothing drape.

Where can I find washing instructions?

Please visit our Bedding Care Guide for more information.

Are bedding sets a fade resistance ?

Our duvet sets are machine washable and have durable construction that holds up over time. They should last a good while!

Lovley bedding

Lovley bedding. I Just wish I could wash covers at 60 degrees. I mean I can but the zip at the bottom always breaks. Other than that exceptional bedding.

Thank you for the kind words. We’d definitely recommend following the care label rather than washing at 60°C, as higher temperatures can put extra stress on the fabric and zip over time. If you’ve had a zip actually fail, please get in touch with our support team so we can look into it properly.

Absolutely perfect

Soft material and so easy to use with the zip. The pillow is kept in right shape. Very satisfied

That’s brilliant to hear. The zip really does make such a difference in everyday use. So glad this one is working so well for you.

Very soft good quality bedlinen

Very soft good quality bedlinen.
Not too sure about the huge amount of zips though, I actually found that quite difficult.
I believe that this linen is overpriced.

Excellent Product for really good nights

Excellent from the material point of view and very pleasant to sleep into. The opening with the zip all around makes it really a winner and so easy to put on the duvet and pillow. Great product
