Frequently Asked Questions
Why Egyptian cotton bed linen?
Egyptian cotton is simply the best type of cotton in the world. Superior to other cotton plants, its extra long fibres produce thinner and smaller but stronger cotton meaning a higher count of threads can be used and producing a luxurious fabric which is strong, light, supple, breathable and durable. Giving our bed linen a dense, smooth and silky-soft feel, with an oh so soothing drape.
What is the depth of fitted sheets?
All fitted sheets have elasticated corners which keep them in place. They fit mattresses up to 45cm in depth. We also offer flat sheets, which can be purchased seperately.
Where can I find washing instructions?
Please visit our Bedding Care Guide for more information.
Are bedding sets a fade resistance ?
Our duvet sets are machine washable and have durable construction that holds up over time. They should last a good while!
We Are Here To Help!
If you feel like we haven't answered your question here, please feel free to contact us at info@holsper.com
The quality, as always, is fantastic. However, if I’d realised that the sheet and back of the duvet cover were Teal I wouldn’t have bought this set. The lesson? Look carefully at the pictures!!
Thank you for the honest feedback. We’re glad the quality itself lived up to expectations, even if the colour combination wasn’t quite right for you. We’ll take that on board and make sure the contrast between the front, reverse and sheet is as clear as possible.
I’ve ordered a fitted sheet, pillowcases and a bedspread. Luxurious feel and lovely packaging
Thank you so much! Sounds like you’ve put together a really lovely combination. Hope you enjoy it for a long time.
My blue bird set is beautiful. It really gives my bedroom a lift and I feel very fancy sleeping between such luxurious sheets
Thank you! We love the idea of bedding giving the whole room that little extra lift. Hope Blue Birds keeps making bedtime feel a bit more special.
The Holsper Blue Birds bedding set comes nicely packaged in its own storage bag. It feels silky soft and the finish is a very high standard, right down to the zip. The design is stunning, such lovely colours.
It is so snug and comes fir table to sleep in, it feels luxurious against the skin.
This is such a lovely review to read. We’re so pleased Blue Birds has been such a good choice for you — hope you enjoy many cosy nights with it.
Fantastic quality, fitted sheet really brilliant fit, zip on duvet cover good, rather than buttons
Thank you! So pleased the fitted sheet fits beautifully and that you’re enjoying the zip closure on the duvet cover. It definitely makes a nice change from buttons 😊
This bedding is so smooth and silky it is an absolute delight to sleep in! Add in the special features like a sheet which tells you which side is which (no more discovering its the wrong way round after two corners!) and the zip closure on the duvet making changing the bed so much easier and I don’t think I will ever be able to buy bedding anywhere else!
This review made us smile 😄 We’re so happy you love all the little details — especially the direction labels and zip closure. Anything that makes changing the bed less of a battle is a win in our book! And hearing that you don’t want to buy bedding anywhere else is a huge compliment.
This is the most beautiful bedding and so soft. Currently on my bed. Extremely happy with it.
Thank you so much! We’re really happy to hear you love how soft and beautiful the bedding feels — even better that it’s already on the bed and being enjoyed 😊
Absolutely beautiful bedding. Extremely soft to touch, beautiful design and a dream to sleep in. This is my second set (first was given to me as a present) and I’m sure I will buy more in the future.
Thank you, Toni! We love hearing that your first set was a gift and you came back to choose another one yourself. So glad you’re enjoying how soft and comfortable it feels — hopefully there’ll be a third one in the future too 😊
I loved the bedding . But i was not aware that the matching sheet would be green . Personally i would have preferred a matching blue sheet . I wouldnt have bought this set if it had made this clear !
This bedding set is beautiful and very comfortable, makes sleeping a pleasure
Thanks for sharing your kind words. Enjoy a cozy sleep!
I was disappointed that the set I received did not have the full zip around the quilt cover as that is why I had ordered it
Great set. Very cool and comfortable and pretty too. Would love pillowcases in the contrast flip side colour and I wish you did cushions too!
Thank you! We'll take them into consideration for future products. Enjoy your bedding!
