Holsper partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, TNT, JCEX, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat rate world-wide shipping.
You will be charged when your order and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Our products are shipped directly from manufacturers and artisans from around the world and are often made on demand. As a result processing times might be a bit longer that you may be used to.

UK and Ireland: 7-15 business days*.
Rest of the world: 10-20 business days*.

We are partnered with major carriers around the world and depending on where you are, your order may be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal authority.
Due to COVID-19, delivery might take more days than usual.
All orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
Please note that Holsper is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We require between 1-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 7 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.
UK orders will be shipped via JCEX & DHL and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email to email@example.com with the subject line "CANCEL". Once the order has shipped we cannot cancel it.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, a product can arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
