Shipping and payments

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, as soon as we ship your order we will email you the tracking information! Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email from us.

Why didn’t my order arrive in one package?

We ship orders from various international warehouses. Our inventory is spread out across multiple fulfillment centers in order for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. This means some orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way! 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit card companies as well as PayPal.
